Uploaded Contacts
All contacts you upload remain your property. We do not use, sell, or redistribute them. Your data is encrypted and kept strictly private.
Provided Leads
Leads we provide are collected through lawful and transparent methods. They are organized and categorized for marketing relevance. You are responsible for respecting user preferences and any applicable communication regulations.
Contact Removal Requests
If you, or any contact within our lead pool, wish to be removed, you may submit a formal request to our support team. Upon receiving the request, we will promptly remove the specified contacts from our system to ensure compliance with privacy and user consent standards.
Confidentiality
We never read or access your campaign content except when troubleshooting technical issues. All staff and contractors are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of contacts complies with local laws, including OHADA regulations. Misuse of contacts or failure to respect privacy rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.
