  • Uploaded Contacts:When you upload contacts into the platform, including personal and business numbers, names, and categories, they are securely stored and used only for your campaigns.
  • Provided Leads:We deliver 500+ categorized leads daily, drawn from our pool of 2M+ verified contacts. These are stored in your account for campaign targeting.
  • Campaign Data:This includes ad content, templates, buttons, sender IDs, media attachments, translations, and performance metrics.
  • Communications Data: Conversations managed by AI automation, message logs, replies, and customer interactions.
  • Payment Data: Subscription payments, billing details, invoices, and receipts, processed via secure gateways.

How We Use Data

  • To Provide Services: Deliver WhatsApp advertising, campaigns, lead distribution, AI automation, and reporting.
  • To Improve Services: Analyze usage patterns, optimize translations, improve AI responses, and test features.
  • To Ensure Compliance: Prevent spam, enforce WhatsApp Business rules, and comply with OHADA law.

Data Sharing

Data Security

We use multi-layer encryption (AES-256, TLS 1.3), role-based access, redundant servers, and compliance with GDPR-like principles to ensure no unauthorized access occurs.

Data Retention

  • Uploaded contacts: Retained until you delete them. 
    All contacts you upload remain your property. We do not use, sell, or redistribute them. Your data is encrypted and kept strictly private.
  • Campaign data: Retained for 36 months unless requested otherwise.
  • Lead pool: Refreshed daily, older data deleted periodically.
